Sri Chinmoy's simple and yet profound philosophy has not only had a strong impact on Beyer's personal life but also influences his way of managing the company.

The fundamental realization:
The keystone to Sri Chinmoy's philosophy is the symbiosis of the inner life with the outer life. In the inner life the quest for one's true self and the development of one's real personality take place. In the outer life the most important aspects are acceptance, service to our fellow citizens and the manifestation of the inner ideals in our daily life.

Inner and outer health:
Mens sana in corpere sano – a healthy mind in a healthy body. As long ago as the ancient Romans this principle was known. Leading a healthy life implies not only exercising the physical and observing a proper diet, but being happy and in balance. Furthermore, it is necessary to recognize and appreciate the common ground that we share with others. Only by changing yourself, can you have a positive influence on your surroundings, be it in your private life or at work.
